This policy explains how PharmacyOS handles your information on pharmacyos.app and in PharmacyOS text messages.
Information we collect
- Your mobile number and your consent, when you sign up for text messages.
- Order information your pharmacy gives us so we can text you about your orders.
- Text messages you send us.
How we use it
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To answer your questions.
- To comply with the law.
We don't use your mobile number for marketing.
Text messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run PharmacyOS, such as our hosting provider and the messaging platform and wireless carriers that deliver text messages, and only so they can provide those services, or when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. To see, correct or delete your information, email us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
